operational support and staff mentorship within the Coronary Care Unit.You will play a key role in maintaining high standards of patient care, supporting team development and driving continuous improvement initiatives across the unit.Key Responsibilities Provide clinical and operational leadership within the CCUFoster a positive learning culture that supports staff growth and developmentMentor, coach and support nursing team membersCoordinate evidence-based nursing care and clinical practiceBuild strong relationships with VMOs and multidisciplinary teamsSupport daily resource management, staffing and operational requirementsLead clinical audits and quality improvement initiativesDeliver direct patient care when requiredPromote a culture of excellence, accountability and patient-centred careAbout YouYou are a passionate cardiac nurse with strong clinical expertise and a desire to lead and support others.To be successful, you will bring:Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse2-3 years' experience within a Coronary Care UnitPostgraduate qualification in Critical Care (Cardiac qualification preferred)Demonstrated team leadership experienceStrong clinical assessment and decision-making skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsCommitment to quality improvement and evidence-based practiceCompliance with NSQHS/ACQSHC StandardsCurrent Working with Children CheckAbility to work across a rotating AM, PM and Night Duty rosterDesirable:Previous ANUM experience or experience in a senior clinical nursing roleWhy Healthscope?
