In this customer-focused role, you'll be responsible for providing expert parts interpretation, supporting workshop operations, managing inventory requirements, and driving parts sales growth.This is a fantastic opportunity to join a respected business supporting the heavy vehicle, power generation, industrial, and transport sectors, with ongoing training and career development opportunities available.About the RoleReporting to the Parts Manager, you will:Provide accurate parts interpretation and advice to customers, technicians, and internal stakeholdersRespond to phone, email, and counter enquiries in a professional and timely mannerProcess customer orders and manage backordersDrive parts sales through proactive upselling and cross-selling opportunitiesBuild and maintain strong customer relationshipsSupport inventory management activities, including forecasting, stock monitoring, and replenishmentAssist with stock takes and warehouse functions as requiredEnsure timely supply of parts to support workshop operationsPromote genuine parts and aftermarket product solutionsMaintain accurate records and reporting requirementsContribute to a safe and productive workplace environmentAbout YouTo be successful, you will have:Previous experience in Parts Interpreting, Parts Sales, or a similar automotive, truck, transport,



or equipment industry roleStrong mechanical aptitude and understanding of diesel engines and related componentsExcellent customer service and communication skillsProven ability to build long-term customer relationshipsStrong computer skills, including Microsoft OfficeGood organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple prioritiesA proactive approach to sales and customer engagementCertificate in Parts Interpreting (desired)Forklift Licence (advantageous but not essential)Why choose Team Penske?
