We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Internal Sales professional to join our team at our Adelaide CBD branch, right in the heart of the city.This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to build their sales career with a global business, or an experienced internal sales professional seeking a great next step.A typical day will involveReporting to the Branch Manager, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing outstanding service and product advice both over the counter and over the phone.
Your responsibilities will include:Processing customer orders,



quotes and enquiries accurately and efficientlyProviding product knowledge and technical advice to trade and commercial customersBuilding and maintaining strong customer relationshipsIdentifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell productsWorking closely with the warehouse and external sales teams to ensure smooth order fulfilmentMaintaining accurate records in our internal systemsSupporting a positive, team-focused branch environmentQualificationsYou are a motivated and personable individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced customer service environment.
