Job Description:
Managed Services organisation with a collaborative, diverse and dynamic culture requires a Level 3 End User Support Consultant.
This role will involve providing third level support on modern workplace technologies to clients and providing mentorship to more junior members of the team.
The role
To support and manage modern workplace systems and cloud technologies such as Microsoft Office 365, Teams, SharePoint, as well as Microsoft Azure hosting, You will be working with clients Microsoft solutions that are transforming the way they do business.
With security a key focus, the role will also leverage your broad technical knowledge to help shape and manage the systems to the clients requirements.
Responsibilities
Technical client engagement and customer service - manage client solutions end to endTake ownership of escalated client issues or incidents and follow through on problems through to resolution.
(L3 Technical Support)Ensure that all systems are scalable, reliable, productive and secured.Solution staging, system configuration, implementation, patching, testing,



cutover and documentation.Onboarding of new customers with detailed infrastructure auditing.Automate tasks and monitor their effectiveness.Mentor and coach junior engineersTechnical Lead overseeing project delivery working closely with the Project Manager
Ideal Candidate
Tertiary qualification in IT, or Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field highly desirableIndustry Certificates will be highly regarded, preferably MS-900.Managed Services experience is essentialExcellent troubleshooting and problem solving abilitiesCollaborative and supportive - a true team player and leader
Essential Technical Skills
Mastery of Microsoft Office 365Solid understanding of Modern Management tools such as Intune, AutoPilot and Defender.Experience in identifying vulnerabilities and configuring systems to enhance endpoint security posture.
This is a hybrid role with at least 3 days based in the Newport office on the Northern Beaches.
