As Store Manager, you'll take ownership of the day-to-day performance of your store while creating an workplace where your team can grow and succeed.Whether you're an experienced Store Manager or an ambitious retail leader ready for your next challenge, this is an opportunity to build your leadership career with a growing international brand.What You'll Be DoingLead, coach and develop a high-performing retail teamDrive sales, customer experience and overall store performanceOversee day-to-day store operations, compliance and performance standardsManage rosters, budgets and labour efficiencyCoach your team to achieve performance goals through genuine customer care – not pushy sales tacticsProvide hands-on support with sales, service and the customer journeyPartner closely with Optometrists and Optical Dispensers to deliver an exceptional experienceBuild a positive, engaged and results-focused team cultureAbout YouYou'll bring:Previous leadership experience in retail – whether that's as a Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager, Team Leader or similarA proven ability to coach, motivate and develop team membersExperience managing or contributing to rosters, labour planning and store performanceA passion for delivering exceptional customer experiencesStrong communication, organisation and problem-solving skillsA commercial mindset and desire to continue developing your leadership capabilitiesMandarin-speaking capability is highly regarded but not essential for this role.Previous optical or optics experience will also be highly regarded,



however it isn't essential.
