We support your growth, encourage learning and help you find purpose in your work.Job DescriptionDeliver exceptional, personalised and engaging guest service in line with Pullman service standardsManage guest check-ins, check-outs and account enquiries using Opera PMSAssist with reservations, switchboard calls and general Front Office administrationRespond to guest enquiries, requests and concerns positively and promptlySupport concierge, reception and other Front Office duties as requiredLiaise with Housekeeping, Food & Beverage and other departments to ensure a seamless guest experienceMaintain accurate guest records, handovers and daily Front Office documentationPromote hotel facilities, services and Accor loyalty programsQualificationsA genuine passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiencesPrevious Front Office,
