Excellent communication and interpersonal skills




The ability to work confidently in a quick-paced environment
Flexibility to work across a rotating roster, including early mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays
Previous experience in a hotel, restaurant, bar, café or events environment
A current NSW Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate
Australian working rights
For supervisory applicants, previous experience leading or supervising a hospitality team is required.For barista applicants, demonstrated experience preparing a range of espresso-based beverages in a high-volume environment is essential.Why join Paradox Sydney?
