IT Skills and Experience
Handling Different PC Operating Systems ( Windows 7/8 and 10)Performing Hardware Software Installation ( understanding of deployment tools like SCCM)Basic knowledge of SOE and group policiesPrinter supportGood knowledge of MS Office tools installation & troubleshootingAdvanced technical abilities including solid troubleshooting skills applicable to Windows, Apple, and virtual operating systemsAbility to manage time and resources to meet or exceed expectations in high-profile situations while maintaining professionalism under pressure.Unboxing of devices and performing DOA (Dead on Arrival) process if needed.Collection of device information (MAC address/ Model/ SN)Connect devices to warehouse networkPhysical installation of devices (installation of the tablet to a forklift,



installation of the physical printer)Configuration of the device including OS and application level (as per manual)Function test for each deviceLabel print test from performance, quality, speed, and stability.Device setup and configuration knowledge transferSupport Go-Live Change workplace from INT to PROD Printer general test
IT Qualifications
At least two of the following:
PC Laptop OEM Maintenance CertificationCompTIA A+ CertificationMicrosoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP) certification in the desktop areaMicrosoft Office Specialist (MOS) Certification
Experience in a similar role
01 Year of relevant experience.
