What you'll be doing
Working within an agile squad on Nano's products
Wearing the hat of Tech Lead within your squad
Leading solution design within your agile squad
Collaborating closely with the squads Product Owner, QA, BA and Engineers
Maintaining and building upon our code base according to Nano's engineering standards and practices




Contributing to solution design for future features
Providing mentorship to more junior team members

What you should have
A track record of working within team-oriented, cross functional teams
Experience in building highly scalable APIs with Python
Experience in working with Django is a bonus
Proven experience in designing and building maintainable applications and scalable application architectures
8+ years in a software engineering role with preferred university degree in IT or equivalent
Experience working within a product focused organisation
