As a Beauty Advisor, you'll deliver exceptional service and personalised consultations across skincare, makeup, and fragrance.
With a passion for beauty and style, you'll inspire confidence, build lasting client relationships, and embody the refined sophistication of the Armani brand.
About the role:
Deliver exceptional client experiences through personalised consultations across skincare, makeup, and fragrance
Achieve individual sales and service targets, contributing to overall counter success
Build strong client relationships through expert product knowledge, tailored recommendations, and follow-up care
Maintain a luxurious and welcoming counter environment that reflects Giorgio Armani's elegance and sophistication
Stay up to date with brand education, new launches, and industry trends to confidently share insights with clients
Assist with stock management and merchandising, ensuring the counter is always well-presented and fully replenished
Support in-store promotions, events, and activations to drive engagement and visibility of the brand
Uphold Armani's brand values through impeccable grooming, professionalism, and client interactions
Collaborate with team members to foster a positive, goal-oriented, and high-performing culture
