Skills & Experience
Proven experience in a senior leadership role (General Manager or similar)
Strong commercial and financial acumen
Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
Demonstrated ability to drive growth and operational improvements
Experience managing large teams and multiple departments
Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capability
Relevant tertiary qualification in Business, Management, or a related field (preferred)
