Job detailsSalary$***** an hourJob TypeFull-timeTemporary**Only for Australian region** Full Job DescriptionSUMMARYManually keys subscriber information to the system, accurately updates subscriber records and maintains client turnaround time.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONSMaintains confidentiality of CDS Global and its clients' proprietary information.Keys a variety of subscription transactions and special requests from source documents to systems.Reads batch header and determines type of transaction.Completes daily paper work: time sheets, release sheets and report of work completed.Completes correction sheets, documents and rebatches.Maintains up to date file on client changes.Attends team and department meetings.Obtains assigned work from designated area.Returns assigned work to designated area before leaving area.Photocopies necessary documents.Updates password according to department guidelines.Reacts to change and remains productive.Completes work and meet deadlines according to established departmental proceduresInteracts in cooperative and professional manner, with all levels of employees, vendors and/or clients, in a team environment.EDUCATION AND/OR CERTIFICATION, SKILLS AND LICENSINGHigh school diploma or equivalent preferred.Minimum typing skills requirement: 35 WPM.Basic verbal and written English communication skills.Straightforward math skills.Ability to examine, evaluate,



and process data.Ability to compare and evaluate entered data with original document and edit.Ability to make independent decisions.Ability to interpret data.Interpersonal skills.Organization skills.Training:July 6 - July 27Monday - Friday 9am-3pmWork ScheduleMonday-Friday 6:30am - 2:30pm or 7am-3pmSalary$***** an hourPosition Type= Temporary.
