We're looking for a skilled, organised and proactive Scheduling Coordinator to join our supportive team.
This is a role for someone who enjoys being on the phone, can think on their feet, and is passionate about delivering exceptional service to both clients and caregivers.
Every day is different.
You'll coordinate caregiver rosters, respond to changing priorities, manage last-minute schedule adjustments, and build positive relationships with our clients and care team.
Your calm approach, empathy, and ability to make confident decisions will help ensure our clients receive the support they need, when they need it.

What you'll be doing
Creating and maintaining fortnightly rosters for our caregiversManaging daily roster changes and filling last-minute shiftsSpeaking with caregivers and clients throughout the day to coordinate schedules and provide outstanding supportBuilding strong relationships through professional, empathetic communicationUsing scheduling software to ensure efficient and accurate rosteringWorking a rotating roster, including one evening shift per week and one weekend day per month

What we're looking for
Experience in rostering, scheduling or coordination (healthcare or community services experience is highly regarded)A confident and professional phone manner with excellent verbal communication skillsThe ability to think quickly, prioritise competing demands and make sound decisions under pressureA collaborative approach and willingness to support both your teammates and our caregiversGenuine empathy and a customer-focused mindsetExceptional organisation, attention to detail and time management skillsConfidence using computer systems and learning new software
