Whether you already have optical experience or you're looking to bring your retail skills into a new industry, we'll support you to develop your eyewear knowledge and build your career with us.You'll work closely with our Optometrists and retail team to provide personalised service, helping customers find eyewear that suits their prescription, lifestyle and personal style.What You'll Be DoingProvide outstanding customer service and personalised eyewear styling adviceDispense lenses and frames based on prescriptions provided by our OptometristsHelp customers choose eyewear suited to their needs, lifestyle and personal styleBuild genuine relationships with customers and create experiences that keep them coming backSupport the day-to-day operation of the store, including opening and closing proceduresWork collaboratively with your team to deliver a great customer experience and achieve store goalsAbout YouWe're looking for someone who has:1+ years' experience in the optical industry, or 2+ years' retail sales experiencePrevious experience with store opening and closing responsibilitiesStrong attention to detail and basic mathematical skillsConfident, proactive and clear communication skillsThe ability to build positive relationships with customers and colleaguesA genuine interest in eyewear, styling and developing new skillsA positive,
