our internal diversity streams for additional support.About this OpportunityICC Sydney are looking for a world-class Event Manager - Part time to join our high performing Event Planning team, where you
will play a vital role leading high-profile events with the support of
the wider Event Delivery team.
This role is responsible for
coordinating and executing a range of events and assist with the service of ICC
Sydney clients in the event planning process.This role will be required to work 22.8 hours per week; however, we know
part-time work means something different to everyone.

Skills & ExperienceThis is an opportunity to be part of a high
performing team who oversee the delivery of over 700 events a year.

We are looking for a person who will bring their
extensive events experience and their passion for providing luxury service to a
large-scale venue.
An individual with the capabilities to both lead and work
harmoniously as part of a larger team to deliver extraordinary events at ICC
Sydney.
An operational mind, a natural problem solver, the ability to think on
your feet, safety focused, self-driven, positive, resilient with strong
customer service and communication skills, as well as the ability to establish
good working relationships are essential to succeed in this role.In addition to this, you will also:Coordinate and execute events in conjunction with the broader Event Services team ensuring consistency and timely delivery that follows ICC Sydney policies, procedures and standards.Identify and communicate the needs of the customer to other internal departments to ensure proper service throughout the Centre's operation for assigned groups.Assist with the development and implementation of new innovations, improvements to processes, and improvements and upgrades to existing ICC Sydney products and services.Why ICC Sydney?
