House Coordinator The Best of Both Worlds

Love working directly with participants but also enjoy having dedicated time to stay organised and on top of administration? Do you live on the Central Coast of NSW? We're looking for a hands-on House Coordinator to support participants in our Supported Independent Living (SIL) homes while helping ensure everything behind the scenes runs smoothly.

This role offers a great balance between meaningful participant engagement and dedicated administrative time for care planning, documentation, compliance, and quality improvement activities.

What You'll Be Doing
Building positive relationships with participants and their families
Supporting quality, person-centred care
Coordinating participant documentation and care plans
Monitoring participant outcomes and service quality
Assisting with staff coaching and support
Contributing to compliance, audits, and continuous improvement
Participating in an after-hours on-call roster

What We're Looking For
Experience in disability support, SIL, or community services




Strong organisational and communication skills
Confidence balancing participant support and administration
Knowledge of NDIS standards and compliance requirements
Certificate IV in Disability, Community Services, or similar
All checks, probity and high intensity support training.
Solid emotional intelligence, maturity and initiative.
NDISWSC, NPC, WWCC all Commission Training Modules
