OpenText Exstream Developer We are looking for an OpenText Exstream Developer to support design, development, and maintenance of customer communications solutions.
The role focuses mainly on OpenText Exstream, with exposure to other CCM tools considered a plus.Key Responsibilities•Design, develop, and maintain templates using OpenText Exstream•Work with business teams to understand document and communication requirements•Configure and customize Exstream solutions for customer communications•Perform unit testing and support deployments•Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to document generation•Ensure quality, consistency, and compliance of outputsMandatory Skills•Strong hands-on experience with OpenText Exstream•Experience in developing and modifying Exstream templates•Good understanding of CCM (Customer Communication Management) conceptsPreferred (Valuable to Have) Skills•Experience with Thunderhead•Knowledge of Thunderhead v6.0 (Business Objects and Content Studio)•Exposure to SmartComms•Experience with Dopix tool
