Responsibilities:




Research & pursue new avenues and tactics both in-person and online for reaching potential clientsSource resumes using job boards, career sites, and social media to find quality candidatesNegotiate when necessarySchedule and conduct interviews for posted positionsCoordinate the arrangement of 2nd interviews with restaurant leadershipUse applicant tracking system to manage recruiting processManage reference checking for applicants when necessaryNotify applicants of the status of their application, whether acceptance or rejectionBuild and maintain strong relationships with local colleges, high schools, churches, and other organizations for recruitment purposesManage referral program for current team members, if applicableEffectively influence potential candidates to pursue opportunities with the companyDemonstrate knowledge of the brand(s)Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctualityAll other duties as assigned
