The RoleWe're looking for a proactive and friendly Customer Care Consultant to join our Kalgoorlie Trade Store!
This is a front-of-house, customer-facing role where you'll be the first point of contact in-store.
We're seeking someone with solid retail/customer service experience who is comfortable engaging with customers face-to-face and working closely within a team to keep the store running efficiently.If you enjoy building relationships, working in a fast-paced retail environment, and delivering practical solutions to customers; apply with us today!
What You'll Be DoingProvide face-to-face customer service as the primary focus of the roleAssist customers with product selection and provide practical advice on industrial productsMaintain a clean, well-stocked, and organised shopfloorSupport stock replenishment, stocktakes, and merchandising activitiesSafely handle and move stock (including items up to required weight limits)Identify and escalate customer or operational issues when neededWork collaboratively to maintain a protected, efficient, and supportive team environmentWhat We're Looking ForPrevious experience in retail, trade,
