We're looking for an enthusiastic and passionate Chef de Partie to join our team on a full-time salaried basis.About the RoleAs a Chef de Partie, you'll take ownership of your section and play an important role in delivering consistently high-quality food across busy services.You'll be responsible for:Running your section efficiently during servicePreparing and cooking dishes to a consistently high standardCompleting daily mise en place and preparationMaintaining food quality, presentation and portion controlWorking closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth serviceAssisting with stock control and minimising food wastageMaintaining high standards of food safety,



cleanliness and kitchen hygieneSupporting and mentoring junior members of the kitchen teamContributing to a positive and professional kitchen cultureAbout YouWe're looking for a passionate Chef de Partie who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in their food.You'll ideally have:Previous experience as a Chef de Partie in a busy commercial kitchenStrong food preparation and cooking skillsThe ability to confidently manage your own sectionA strong work ethic and positive attitudeExcellent communication and teamwork skillsGood understanding of food safety and kitchen hygieneThe ability to remain calm, organised and focused during busy servicesA genuine passion for hospitality and developing your careerWhy Join The Pen?
