About You Experience as a Sushi Chef de Partie or equivalent role within a professional kitchenStrong organisational and communication skills, with a team-first mindset.Thrive in a fast-paced setting and adapt to changing priorities.Open to learning, feedback, and continuous improvement.Self-motivated, reliable, and passionate about hospitality.Previous experience in upscale dining or premium hospitality settings is highly regarded.No sponsorship considerations at Cook, Commis Chef or Chef de Partie levels.
