About the role:Client Management Associates are responsible for responding to client inquiries in an accurate and timely manner through phones, chats, or emails.
Associates accurately apply procedural knowledge and guidelines while developing and managing client relationships.

Primary duties will include: Being part of a team dedicated to handling all aspects of the customer experienceHandle incoming trading inquiries and client issues via phone, email, and live interactive chatTrade research/QuotesProvide client support by answering inbound phone calls and/or e-mails regarding accounts, policies, services, and available productsPlace Crypto, Spot FX, CFD's, Equities, and Commodity trades,



provide quotes and facilitate discussions regarding equity markets, fixed income markets, international markets, and economic conditionsEngage client in meaningful dialogue and identify unstated needs or financial goals that may be achieved by further utilizing company services, products, or toolsWork in a fast-paced and dynamic environment by assisting clients and delivering solutions-focused resultsFacilitate inbound/outbound opening of new accounts for potential clients who already indicated an interest in our platform and provide support for existing customersDesire to learn and utilize new concepts related to industry licensing, regulations, policies/procedures, available programs/servicesExcellent consultative, rapport-building, listening, and communication skillsAlways demonstrate a positive and professional image
Qualifications
Solid mathematical, analytical, and problem-solving skillsStrong attention to detail with emphasis on accuracy and timeliness Ability to determine minimum maintenance requirements for all currency pairs, CFDs, metals, and commoditiesThe ability to calculate the liquidation values of the products we offerBS/BA Degree preferably in Finance, Business Management/Administration, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience Integrity and the ability to handle sensitive information and maintain confidentiality Excellent listening, written, and verbal communication skillsEffective conflict resolution and problem-solving skills Approachable, flexible, dependable, and conscientiousness Strong command of computer and typing skills.
Representatives will typically navigate through 4-5 software systems simultaneouslyKeen interest in the investment and financial services fieldsDemonstrates self-confidence and the ability to maintain composure in difficult situationsBilingual in Mandarin and fluency in English is a MUST
