As a member of our Housekeeping team, you'll play an important role in ensuring our hotels are maintained to the highest standards while delivering exceptional service that enhances every guest's stay.This is an opportunity to join a supportive and inclusive team environment where attention to detail, reliability, and a passion for service are highly valued.Availability RequirementsTo be considered for our roles, you must be available to work a minimum of three days per week and be available within one of the following shift patterns:Housekeeping Room AttendantShifts scheduled between 8:00am and 5:00pmHousekeeping Service AttendantShifts scheduled between 6:00am and 10:00pmAbout the RoleClean, service and prepare guest rooms, corridors, and service areas in line with Crown's high brand and quality standardsDeliver a warm, welcoming and personalised experience for all hotel guests through professional and attentive serviceMaintain cleanliness,



presentation and hygiene standards across assigned work areasAccurately complete daily worksheets, report maintenance issues, and manage lost property in line with proceduresWork collaboratively with the Housekeeping team to ensure efficient operations and timely completion of all assigned dutiesAbout YouPrevious experience in cleaning, housekeeping, hospitality, or a customer service workplace (hotel experience highly regarded)Strong attention to detail with the ability to consistently meet high cleanliness and presentation standardsA reliable and team-oriented approach, with the ability to work independently and manage time effectivelyA positive attitude with excellent communication skills and a genuine commitment to delivering exceptional serviceThe ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of quality and professionalismAdditional InformationMust be physically capable of performing manual handling tasks associated with the roleSuccessful candidates will be required to complete a pre-employment medical assessmentOn top of exciting career possibilities, we offer better exposure to experiences and learning.
