What you will do?
Lead and support team members to deliver outstanding guest experiencesSupervise day-to-day restaurant operations during shiftsCoach, train and develop crew members to drive performanceEnsure food safety, workplace safety and brand standards are metOversee inventory, stock control and ordering processesSupport labour management and operational efficiency targetsDrive sales through upselling, promotions and exceptional serviceResolve customer enquiries and issues in a skilled mannerMaintain a clean,



safe and organised restaurant environmentSupport the Restaurant Manager in achieving business goals and results
More about you
Leadership experience in fast food, QSR or high-volume hospitalityA passion for hospitality, with a customer-focused and self-motivated attitudeThe ability to work autonomously in a high-pressure settingStrong communication skills and a commitment to fostering a positive team cultureFood Safety Certificate A desire to be part of the founding team launching a brand-new Hungry Jack'sFamiliarity with Hungry Jacks' cultural pillarsFlexibility to work shifts across a 7-day rotating rosterThe application period will close on 21/09/2026, unless sufficient qualified candidates are identified sooner.
