You support the Store Manager by owning the admin and compliance for the store.
You roster most departments, keep the back-office ticking, and make sure the store runs smoothly so your Store Manager can lead from the front.




You're the person everyone comes to when something needs sorting.ResponsibilitiesLeading and motivating teams to deliver outstanding serviceDriving sales, margin, stock control and labour performanceCoaching and developing team members and future leadersEnsuring compliance with WHS, food safety and company standardsMaintaining high visual, quality and presentation standardsRunning the store in the absence of the store managerAbout youWe are looking for someone who loves food, with previous experience working in a fresh food retail business.
