Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries regarding travel reservationsBook and manage flights, hotels, cruises, and vacation packagesCustomize travel itineraries based on client preferences and budgetProvide accurate information on destinations, pricing, and promotionsProcess changes, cancellations, and special requestsMaintain accurate client records and booking detailsDeliver exceptional customer service throughout the entire booking process
