What you will do?
Follow recipes for menu preparation, ensuring adherence to cooking guidelines and standards Execute food preparation tasks, showcasing expertise in food presentation Maintain consistent cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen area Ensure WHS compliance, displaying a strong commitment to meeting Food Safety standardsConduct temperature and quality checks and effectively manage cross-contamination
More about you
Previous experience as a Cook in a production kitchen, catering, commissary,



or high-volume food preparation environment, highly regardedWillingness to learn under guidance from our chefs Demonstrated passion and enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced environment Food Safety Certificate Currently undertaking Level 3 Cookery Certificate, preferredFlexibility to work across a 7-day rotating rosterThe application period will close on 27/09/2026, unless sufficient qualified candidates are identified sooner.
