As a Cook at GYG, you will be at the heart of our mission to serve up the best Mexican food experience.
Following the GYG recipe guide, your role will see you working with fresh ingredients and vibrant Mexican flavors, delivering quality creations for our new and loyal guests.
We are open 7 days a week and we need an experienced Cook with flexible availability, calm under pressure, willing to learn, and a passion for food!!




Job DescriptionAvailability required for morning and night shiftsWeekdays and WeekendsExperience cooking in a commercial kitchen environment will be highly regardedThis role will require you to love preparing food with excellence in a fun, fast-paced environmentRegular check-ins with the Line Team to ensure they have adequate fresh product to serve our customers - never being short of productMaintain and orderly BOH including all Storage and Preparation AreasMaintain the Washup and cooking utensil space as you goSome equipment maintenance and cleaning requiredWork to the GyG recipe guide and pride in the food we make for our guests to enjoy!
