Based out of our Balcatta office with regular travel to sites as needed, this role calls for someone who combines strong technical capability with proven managerial skill to successfully deliver assigned projects.Key ResponsibilitiesSafely and compliantly manage and deliver building and construction projects in remote locations across Australia, primarily the Pilbara region of WAChampion safety through regular site visits and on-the-ground leadership, working toward reduced incidents and a zero-accident cultureDeliver a broad project portfolio, including housing and village accommodation refurbishments, critical infrastructure upgrades and replacements, major civil works, airport upgrades, central facilities upgrades (dining rooms, kitchens, wet messes),



and a range of minor worksDeploy and manage end-to-end Project Management services across multiple sites, including:Defining project scope, planning, cost estimation, and schedule managementDelivering projects in line with client expectations, company objectives, and contractual requirementsBuilding and maintaining strong relationships with clients, contractors, and stakeholdersProcuring the resources needed for assigned projectsEstablishing and developing high-performing project teamsReviewing and authorising construction planning, programming, and completion schedulesReviewing and authorising subcontractor engagement and major subcontract variationsSupport the wider Projects team, including the contract and commercial management functionQualificationsDemonstrated project management experience in building and construction across multiple sites, ideally within the resources sectorStrong financial acumen with a track record of successful project deliverySolid experience in tender/quote/bid preparation and evaluationStrong work ethic and sound understanding of corporate requirements and processeProven business acumen in defining, measuring,
