Previous food and beverage experience in a fast-paced environmentResponsible Service of Alcohol certificate and Food Safety Certificate Barista skills or coffee-making experience is highly desirable Bartender with cocktail preparation experience is highly desirablePassion for hospitality and creating exceptional guest experienceAbility to work a 7-day rotating rosterThe application period will close on 27/09/2026, unless sufficient qualified candidates are identified sooner.
