We are seeking a Site Administrator to join our development team and help deliver one of Australia's most significant underground mining developments.About the RoleAs Site Administrator, you will be responsible for coordinating site administration functions and providing support to operational, project and leadership teams.
You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of site-based activities.ResponsibilitiesProvide administrative support to site leadership and operational teamsManage employee onboarding and site mobilisation requirementsCoordinate travel, accommodation and roster administrationMaintain site records, reports and documentationAssist with timesheet processing and workforce administrationSupport contractor and visitor management processesCoordinate meetings, calendars and site communicationsEnsure documentation is maintained in accordance with company proceduresAssist with purchasing, inventory and general office administration dutiesQualificationsAbout YouTo be successful in this role,
