Venue Manager | Everton Park HotelEverton Park Hotel is seeking an experienced and commercially minded Venue Manager to lead one of Brisbane's largest and most diverse hospitality destinations.A much-loved local institution on Brisbane's north side, Everton Park Hotel has evolved into a true multi-offer venue, bringing together a large food and beverage operation, expansive beer garden, gaming, TAB, accommodation and family entertainment experiences.
With multiple revenue streams, a large team and a strong community presence, this is a unique opportunity to take ownership of a high-volume and operationally complex business.This is not your typical Venue Manager role.
Everton Park Hotel requires a resilient and adaptable leader who can confidently navigate the demands of a large-scale operation while balancing guest experience, team development, operational excellence and commercial performance.About the RoleAs Venue Manager, you will oversee all aspects of the venue's operation, leading a large and diverse team while driving profitability, operational standards and customer engagement.Working closely with Operations and Head Office support teams, you will have the autonomy to influence venue performance while being supported by one of Australia's leading hospitality groups.You will play a key role in:Driving venue profitability and operational performanceLeading and developing a high-performing leadership teamManaging labour, wages and cost controls across a complex operationDelivering exceptional guest experiences across multiple offeringsMaintaining high standards of compliance,
