DescriptionThe OpportunityDowner's Energy & Utilities business is seeking a proactive and highly organised Site Coordinator to provide site coordination and operational support between project teams, operational leaders, client representatives where required, and the Support Services Hub.
This role will act as a key liaison, helping operational teams access centralised support services, ensuring site information and documentation is accurate before submission, and coordinating requests through the appropriate Hub service channels.
What we are looking forWe are looking for someone with experience working in operational environments such as construction, utilities, engineering, or project delivery, with a robust ability to support site-based teams through coordination and administrative support activities.
Key responsibilities will include:Acting as the primary on-site liaison between operational teams, clients where applicable, and the Support Services Hub Supporting timesheet and workforce coordination, including roster updates, leave coordination, workforce movements, and follow-up on payroll deadlinesValidating site documentation, delivery records, goods receipts, and project documentation prior to submission to the Support Services HubCoordinating workforce mobilisation and onboarding requirements, including site access, inductions, PPE readiness, permits, training, competencies, medicals, and certificationsProviding documentation and site confirmations to support billing, claims,
and project administration requirementsSupporting consistent use of ServiceNow and Hub workflows, including redirecting informal or ad-hoc requests into the appropriate channels.
