Your RoleWhether you're joining us as a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager, you'll play a key role in launching our new store, creating exceptional customer experiences and inspiring your team to deliver operational excellence.Together, you'll:Lead by example, delivering exceptional customer experiences every dayRecruit, coach and develop a passionate, high-performing teamCreate an engaging, positive and inclusive store cultureMaintain exceptional visual merchandising and operational standardsDrive sales performance while achieving commercial and financial targetsEnsure stock, merchandising,



compliance and store presentation reflect the Koko Black brandBring our passion for premium chocolate and exceptional service to life for every customer About YouYou'll bring:Leadership experience in retail, hospitality or premium customer serviceA passion for coaching, developing and bringing out the best in your teamStrong commercial acumen and the ability to drive resultsA customer-first mindset and a love for creating memorable experiencesEnergy, adaptability and excitement about launching a brand-new storeConfidence working in a busy, high-traffic retail environmentAvailability to work a flexible roster, including evenings, weekends, public holidays and peak trading periodsBilingual language skills, particularly Mandarin or Cantonese, would be highly regarded and an advantage in connecting with our diverse customer baseAnd of course... a love of chocolate is always a bonus!
