THEN THIS IS THE PLACE FOR YOU An important leadership position within our Restaurant Operations team, you'll be responsible for supporting the daily management of the restaurant - Stepping up when the Restaurant Manager's not around.As a leader, you'll be looked upon as a calming force when the heat's on.
On any given day you will be leading the team through busy service periods, crew training, proactively improving guest experience, supporting inventory and financial management as required.Crew culture is significant to us, so we like to keep it simple.
