As a Housekeeping Attendant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests enjoy a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment during their stay.Clean and maintain guest rooms, public areas, and other assigned spaces to the highest standards of cleanliness and hygieneRespond promptly and efficiently to guest requests and concernsRestock guest room supplies, including toiletries, linens,



and amenitiesProperly handle and store cleaning equipment and suppliesReport any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate departmentCollaborate with team members to ensure seamless operations and guest satisfactionMaintain guest privacy and security of personal belongingsAdhere to all hotel policies, procedures, and safety guidelinesParticipate in regular training sessions to enhance skills and knowledgeAssist with special cleaning projects or deep cleaning tasks as neededQualificationsPrevious housekeeping experience in a hotel or similar environment preferredExcellent attention to detail and strong organizational skillsAbility to anticipate and proactively address guest needsEfficient time management skills and ability to prioritize tasksPhysical stamina to stand, walk, and perform cleaning tasks for extended periodsBasic English communication skills, both verbal and writtenFlexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidaysTeam player with a positive attitude and willingness to collaborateKnowledge of proper cleaning techniques and secure handling of cleaning chemicalsFamiliarity with Australian hospitality standards and regulationsUnderstanding of workplace health and safety practicesAdditional InformationBenefits/ What's in it for you?
