Overview / Responsibilities
Wood is currently recruiting for a Maintenance Planner / Scheduler to join the site maintenance team based in Melbourne with site visits to Port Campbell.
This is a contracted role with a planned commencement of April ****.
Reporting to the client on daily basis and the Project Shutdown Manager, a key focus of your role will be to prepare and assess detailed project and scheduling plans for all stages and facets to help client maintenance delivery outcomes.
Responsibilities Manage overall maintenance / project plans and schedules in accordance with reporting requirements (including engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning in the oil and gas industry)Chair weekly planning meeting (as required) and drive planning process including weekly and monthly lookaheadsDrive integrated planning process with a 90 day to 2 years look aheadProduce and issue updates to maintenance plans and schedulesProduce and issue updates to maintenance manpower requirementsMonitor and maintain maintenance and planning KPI's to ensure compliance with business objectivesMonitor overall maintenance progress and achievement of major milestonesLiaise with other planners within the team and share responsibilities as appropriate to deliver an effective planning service to the client
Qualifications
The successful Planner / Scheduler will have the following experience and skills:Minimum of 5+ years as a Planner / Scheduler in EPCM Oil & Gas environmentSignificant SAP and Viziya schedule experiencePrimavera P6 advantageousProven experience developing and maintaining maintenance schedulesStrong experience with progress tracking and measurementAnalysis of subcontract schedulesMaintenance forecasting and reportingProactive participation in weekly planning coordination meetingsApplicants must have full work rights in Australia to be considered for this role.
