International applicants seeking visa sponsorship are encouraged to apply.About the role:As a Registered Nurse with Juniper, you will be responsible for assessing residents' needs in collaboration with the broader healthcare team, and for the planning, implementation and evaluation of care plans.You will provide strong clinical leadership, including mentoring and supervision of care staff, while supporting compliance with AN-ACC requirements and aged care standards.Employment details:Full-time (75 hours per fortnight)Rotating roster across days, evenings, nights and weekendsKey Responsibilities:Conduct clinical assessments and respond appropriately to changes in resident conditionDevelop, implement and evaluate care plans in partnership with residents and their familiesProvide clinical leadership, mentoring and supervision to care staffLiaise with medical and allied health professionalsEnsure compliance with organisational,
