Our people draw on deep industry experience, an unwavering commitment to safety, and practical innovation to deliver the right outcomes for our clients and communities.About the RoleWe are looking for a Secondary Design Engineer to join our growing Engineering team and help expand our in-house secondary design capability.Working on zone substation, transmission and distribution projects across Victoria, you'll support major clients including AusNet and Jemena, delivering critical infrastructure that powers homes, businesses and communities.This role offers exposure to the full project lifecycle, from design and planning through to commissioning and project delivery.
You'll work alongside experienced engineers across multiple disciplines, broaden your technical expertise, and play a key role in shaping our growing engineering capability.Key Responsibilities IncludeDeliver secondary design solutions for substation, transmission and distribution projectsPrepare and review protection drawings, schematics, calculations and design documentationManage project scope, schedules, budgets and design deliverablesSupport commissioning, construction and technical problem-solving activitiesCollaborate with clients,



project teams and stakeholders to deliver high-quality outcomesAbout YouYou are a collaborative and solutions-focused engineer who enjoys solving complex problems and working with others to deliver meaningful outcomes.
You'll bring:A degree qualification in Electrical EngineeringExperience delivering secondary designs for zone substations, transmission and distribution networksStrong knowledge of protection systems, secondary systems and substation design principlesExperience using AutoCAD, PSCAD, ETAP or similar industry design softwareStrong stakeholder, communication and project management skillsExperience working within Victorian electricity networks will be highly regarded.Why Work With UsWhat we do matters.
