Successful candidates will provide specialist staged analysis, construction methodology and temporary works design services to some of the biggest contractors constructing Melbourne's most significant building and major transport infrastructure projects.Your duties will include, but will not be limited to, the following:Detailed structural design of temporary works and associated impacts on permanent worksClient liaison, in conjunction with Project Directors and Associates, regarding current and future projectsActive involvement in all your projects, including project resource management, in conjunction with the Project DirectorsSuccessfully deliver current and future projects,
while supporting RBG's reputation for innovation, technical excellence, quality, and project deliveryProactively collaborating with team members, contributors, and stakeholders to maintain quality, timeliness, and co-ordination of project deliverablesAbout You Relevant Engineering qualifications – with a focus in Structural Engineering4+ years' Structural engineering industry experienceExperience in the delivery of temporary works design is preferred but not requiredStrong understanding of Australian codes and standardsStrong communication skills, both written and verbalExperience in the delivery of detailed engineering drawings corresponding with level of dutiesSolid grounding in steel and concrete designExcellent organisational and time management skillsDemonstrated design experience using relevant Structural softwarePossesses project management and hands-on experience, encompassing administrative, commercial and technical aspectsSubmit technical reports of a standard requiring minimal correction; and provide final review of reportsAble to work on own initiative and in a team environmentFull working rightsHow To ApplyTo apply, click on the "Apply Now" link and follow the prompts.
