Bambini Child Care, located on Asling St Brighton, is looking for an experienced Assistant Centre Manager & Educational Leader to join our team.About usAt Bambini Child Care, we believe every child deserves a warm, nurturing environment where curiosity is celebrated and learning happens through play.

As Assistant Centre Manager, you'll support the Centre Director in the day-to-day running of the service.
As Educational Leader, you'll guide and mentor our team to deliver an inspiring, evidence-based curriculum.Your responsibilities will include:Supporting the overall management and smooth daily operation of the centreLeading, mentoring, and inspiring educators to deliver exceptional learning programs aligned with the EYLF and VEYLFGuiding curriculum development, documentation, and reflective practice across all roomsBuilding genuine, trusting partnerships with familiesEnsuring compliance with the National Quality Framework, regulations, and policiesStepping into the Centre Manager role in their absenceFostering a positive, collaborative,
