With bases strategically positioned across Australia, we operate a fully integrated in-house aviation capability which includes flight operations, maintenance organisation, training organisation and operations centre.The OpportunityThis role is an opportunity to contribute to our Airborne Solutions operation by delivering technical engineering support across our aircraft fleet.
You will work with engineers, maintenance providers and operational stakeholders to troubleshoot issues, improve system reliability and support the delivery of critical airborne mission capabilities.In This Role, You WillProvide technical engineering support for aircraft mission systems, including troubleshooting, defect management and maintenance oversight.Develop engineering orders, technical documentation,



test procedures and process guidance to support safe and compliant operations.Investigate system reliability issues and recommend solutions to improve fleet performance and capability.Collaborate with internal teams, maintenance providers and suppliers to support airworthiness, configuration control and effective parts management.About YouWe are looking for someone who brings judgement, curiosity and a team-oriented approach to work that matters.Essential For This RoleRelevant CASA (B2 AME/LAME), tertiary, or equivalent engineering degree qualifications, orExperience in maintenance or technical support of mission system components, aircraft satellite communications and network routing equipment, orExperience in the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, service, repair and technical support of aircraft avionics systems.Systematic approach to problem solving.Advantageous, But Not EssentialComputer based design and drafting abilitiesCISCO network experienceDBMS database management experienceExperience with maritime patrol/ including SAR operations.Experience with CASA Part 21M/JThis role requires the successful applicant to be an Australian citizen and hold, or be eligible to obtain, Baseline security clearance.Applicants may also need to meet International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) requirements.
