Yampi Sound Caretaker Ventia Derby, WA, AUThe RoleVentia are currently looking to engage a Caretaker to support our Defence Base Services contract.
Reporting to the Ranges Supervisor, this role will see you undertake a variety of caretaking duties at Yampi Sound Base which is located outside of Derby.
You will be providing customer support to subcontractors and other personnel entering the base as well as security checks, grounds and maintenance activities as required.
This is a full-time permanent role and is a live-in arrangement with a house and company car provided.
You will be working a 38-hour week; however, you will need to be on-call and on-site during out of hours periods and weekends as required.
The salary package for this role is $90,000 per year (including Super).
House, car, fuel card, and internet are all provided.
