JK Williams Group is seeking an experienced Senior HR Manager to own the people function across NSW and QLD, reporting to the CEO. You will lead a small HR team and shape people strategy in a multi-state construction business.

This role blends strategic oversight with hands-on ER/IR work, workers' comp, and compliance, including liaison with FWC. You’ll work closely with operational leaders, cultivate culture, and drive workforce planning across state borders.
