Gardener / Landscaping Assistant

About Us

We are a local, growing gardening and property maintenance business servicing Airport West and surrounding suburbs. We take pride in delivering high-quality gardening services to residential and commercial clients, and we’re looking for a reliable and hardworking Gardener to join our team.

The Role

This hands-on role involves general gardening and outdoor maintenance duties across a variety of properties. No two days are the same, and you’ll be working in a friendly, supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities
Lawn mowing, edging, and general turf maintenance
Weeding, pruning, hedging, and plant care
Garden clean-ups and green waste removal
Mulching and soil preparation
Basic landscaping and property maintenance
Operating gardening tools and equipment safely
Maintaining a high standard of work and customer service

What We’re Looking For
Previous gardening or landscaping experience is preferred but not essential
A robust work ethic and positive attitude




Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
Reliable, punctual, and well-presented
Good communication skills
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Requirements
Current driver’s licence
Own vehicle to get to job locations
Physically fit and capable of manual work
Legal right to work in Australia
Police check may be required for some clients
