About the opportunity The role will suit people who love supporting guests through exceptional sales and service, ensuring the best City Cave experience. Whether front-of-house or behind the scenes, every role plays an important part in creating the City Cave experience.

Float Attendant;
Face to face and phone based guest service and sales
Overall operational of the Centre
Administration and Diary Management
Respond to all guest feedback and enquiries promptly
Ensure all facilities and services are in a safe and operational capa
Assist with Social Media Content
Retail merchandising and sales
Complete daily reporting
Maintain sales targets & customer satisfaction goals

About you
Positive can do attitude
Robust work ethic, punctual and reliable
Clean and tidy appearance.
Good communication skills
Ability to work to deadlines, often fast paced environment

Cave Diver (Junior Role - Ideal for School-Aged Workers!); Don’t worry – there’s no diving involved!

This role is all about helping our centre run smoothly behind the scenes – turning over rooms, folding towels, and assisting with day-to-day operations. It’s perfect for a motivated junior with a strong work ethic, a excellent attitude, and a passion for helping others feel their best.

Key Responsibilities:
Turning over rooms between guests
Folding towels and maintaining linen standards
Supporting general centre operations
Keeping the centre clean, organised, and welcoming
