Together, we offer broader project exposure, career opportunities and the chance to contribute to major projects across Australia.Description:About The RoleMFE is continuing to grow across critical energy and industrial projects, and we're looking for an experienced Mechanical Project Supervisor to join the team in Chinchilla.This is a hands-on leadership opportunity for mechanically minded supervisors who thrive in fast-paced site environments and are passionate about leading trades teams, delivering quality outcomes, and building strong client relationships.Working across a diverse portfolio of mechanical project scopes, you'll play a key role in driving safe, efficient, and high-quality project delivery across the Surat Basin region.With purpose, respect and a driven mindset, you'll contribute by:Lead and supervise mechanical trades teams across maintenance and project scopesDeliver projects safely, on time, and within budgetCoordinate daily site activities, contractors, materials, and resourcesDrive a strong safety-first culture and ensure compliance across all worksBuild and maintain positive client and stakeholder relationships onsiteMonitor project progress,
provide reporting updates, and identify improvement opportunities.Here's what you'll need to thrive in this role:Mechanical trade qualification (Fitter, Boilermaker or similar)Previous experience supervising mechanical or heavy industry work crewsStrong leadership and communication skills with the ability to mentor teamsProven ability to manage multiple priorities in a site-based environmentStrong commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvementExperience within mining, energy, oil & gas, or industrial services highly regarded.Why Join MFE?
