You'll take ownership of health, safety and wellbeing across the site,



while also supporting injury management and return to work processes for affected employees.DutiesOwn and drive the site safety strategy and roadmapLead a cultural shift from compliance to genuine ownershipCoach and influence leaders to model safety behavioursSupport IM and RTW cases in partnership with HRReview and improve safety observation processesStrengthen reporting and visibility of safety metricsPartner with a centralised safety function based in EuropeDrive practical, sustainable change management initiativesInvestigate incidents and embed genuine corrective actionsBuild trust and credibility across all levels of the siteSkills and Experience10+ years' experience in a safety leadership roleManufacturing, FMCG or industrial background preferredProven experience leading genuine culture changeConfident operating within centralised/matrixed structuresStrong stakeholder and influencing skills at leadership levelComfortable identifying and fixing broken systemsRelevant safety qualifications (Cert IV or higher, WHS)Experience with IM/RTW case management highly regarded
