About the RoleScottvale Health Club is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our team on a part-time basis.
Based onsite at our Toowoomba, Queensland clinic, this flexible role involves delivering high-quality occupational therapy services directly to clients within our health centre.
You will be supported by our on-site Allied Health Assistants, who assist with implementing therapy plans and maintaining client engagement.What You'll Be DoingConducting in-person, comprehensive assessments to identify clients' functional abilities, limitations, and support needsDeveloping and overseeing individualised treatment plans to enhance independence, safety, and quality of lifeDelivering therapeutic interventions onsite, including cognitive training, functional skill development, and recommendations for adaptive equipment or environmental modificationsCoordinating with Allied Health Assistants to ensure therapy plans are carried out effectively and safelyCollaborating with clients, families, and other health professionals to provide coordinated careMaintaining accurate client records and contributing to the development of therapy resourcesParticipating in team meetings, supervision, and ongoing professional development activitiesWhat We're Looking ForBachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Occupational TherapyMinimum of 2 years' experience,
