This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the design, development and support of enterprise scale Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions that support critical government services.Working within a cooperative Agile environment, you will play a key role in delivering secure, scalable and high performing business applications while supporting ongoing enhancements and operational activities.What's on Offer?
Initial 9 month contractPossible 2 x 12 month extensionsHybrid working arrangementsCanberra, Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane or agreed office locationAPS6 equivalent levelUp to 40 hours per weekOpportunity to work on large scale digital transformation initiativesStart date: October ****About the RoleAs a Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Software Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, configuring and supporting Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions aligned with business, architecture and security requirements.You will work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, business analysts and technical teams to deliver quality solutions that support complex enterprise environments.Key ResponsibilitiesReview business requirements and user stories, providing technical guidance and recommendationsDesign, develop, configure and support Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutionsDevelop applications using Power Apps, Dataverse and Power AutomateEnhance and maintain existing CRM applications, including defect resolution and performance optimisationBuild new CRM functionality aligned to enterprise architecture and security standardsDevelop and maintain integrations using APIs,
Azure services and approved middlewareParticipate in solution design sessions and technical workshopsProduce and maintain technical documentation and design artefactsConduct peer code reviews and contribute to development standardsSupport releases and deployments across development, testing and production environmentsWork within CI/CD and DevOps frameworksInvestigate incidents, provide application support and contribute to continuous improvement initiativesEssential Skills & ExperienceTo be successful, you will demonstrate:Minimum 5 years' experience as a Software Engineer within a large enterprise or government environmentStrong hands on experience with:Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM)Microsoft Power PlatformPower AppsPower AutomatePower BI.NET technologiesStrong understanding of:APIs and integration patternsAzure servicesCI/CD pipelinesDevOps practicesExperience implementing security protocols, authentication and identity management solutionsExperience working in Agile or SAFe delivery environmentsAbility to manage multiple priorities and deliver high quality outcomesStrong stakeholder engagement and communication skillsDesirable ExperienceRelevant tertiary qualifications and Microsoft certificationsExperience delivering large scale transformation programsUnderstanding of Essential Eight and enterprise security frameworksSecurity RequirementApplicants must be Australian Citizens and hold a Negative Vetting Level 1 (NV1) Security Clearance.ManpowerGroup is committed to being a Diversity Confident Recruiter and encourages applications from people from a diverse range of backgrounds, including people with a disability.
